In for some cold temperatures
So while I was brooding over what to pack for the trip (I'm attempting to keep my pack under 35 pounds) I figured I ought to see what the exact temperature will be while we are away. At the moment, La Paz is sitting at a refreshing 13 degrees Celsius (59 degrees Fahrenheit). At night it will drop to a frigid -3 degrees Celsius (27 degrees Fahrenheit! AH!). Temperatures are going to be similar for the entire trip, with the warmest areas being near the Peruvian/Chilean border (and Santa Cruz de la Sierra if we can make it to the tropical lowlands). Boy will I be happy to get there... cold weather and I don't mix very well!
